Linda Harbour, Owner

In 2017, Linda founded Safe Harbour Accounting, driven by her passion for building strong relationships and guiding clients toward their financial goals.
Linda began her career in 1994 at Lithia Motors, Inc., where she advanced from an accounts payable clerk to a corporate controller. She then dedicated 13 years as a controller in senior healthcare management, honing her skills in delivering precise and reliable financial solutions. Outside the office, Linda enjoys spending time with her daughter and family. She will often be found hiking in the mountains, relaxing by the river, or working in her garden—her personal sanctuary.

Lisa Witnauer, Accounting Manager & Assistant Controller

Lisa is an accomplished business professional with 16 years of experience in accounting, management, payroll, workers’ compensation, and HR. Known for her problem-solving skills and integrity, she consistently delivers outstanding results and goes above and beyond for her clients. A Southern Oregon native, Lisa loves the mountains, seasonal changes, and quality time with her daughters. She enjoys walks with her husband and their dogs, and traveling with her close-knit group of friends.

Jamie Haight, Accounting Associate

Jamie, with over 20 years of retail experience, has transitioned into a successful accounting career, showcasing her exceptional management, meticulous attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills. She thrives in financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation, ensuring precise and efficient financial management. Born and raised in Southern Oregon, Jamie is a devoted wife and mother of three who loves arts and crafts and quad riding at the dunes. Her dedication and passion make her a respected and inspiring figure in both her professional and personal life.

Liane Wesley, Accounting Associate

California-born Liane now enjoys the stunning Oregon scenery, bringing adventure and meticulous detail to every aspect of her life. With two years as a payroll administrator, she expertly handles numbers and deadlines, always with her favorite Dutch Bros coffee. Since relocating in August 2023, she’s embraced a relaxed pace, creating cherished moments with her husband and two children. An avid animal enthusiast, Liane enjoys building aquariums, crafting terrariums, and going on spontaneous family adventures. She skillfully balances work, hobbies, and family life with humor and efficiency, finding joy in both grand and simple moments.
